What we do

Australian News Channel (operator of Sky News Australia) unveiled a new program as part of its 2024 program offering. The Jury, hosted by Sky News Presenter Danica De Giorgio, an exciting new show filmed with a studio audience. De Giorgio moderates a discussion between guest debaters on the biggest hot topics of the week. After each debater pleads their case, a 12-person jury joins in on the action and votes for who they believe has won the argument.

What we used

The Gravity Media Production center in Sydney was the hub for the complete television production for Sky News Australia’s new weekly program: The Jury. The 10 episodes were recorded in Studio A at Gravity Media’s Production center in Sydney. Gravity Media provided full studio and control room facilities and technical crewing.

Outcome

The ten-week series filmed with a studio audience, premiered on Sunday 4 February at 8.00pm AEDT, on Sky News Australia with the final episode for Season 1 airing on Sunday 7 April.
