Let’s meet the talented US Gravity Media team, from California to New York as they deliver Gravity Media’s several integrated, end-to-end solutions across the full broadcast spectrum, including mobile units, flypack solutions, managed services, and production & content.
From studio productions to remote outside broadcasts, Gravity Media’s compact flypacks, are designed to be taken to any location, whether domestic or abroad. They contain everything clients need to deliver complex high-definition, multi-format broadcasts. The flypack set up is quick and easy, leaving clients more time to get on with their production.
Gravity Media’s US Managed Services solutions are an increasingly popular option with clients where their specialist teams install and integrate permanent studio facilities and production workflows, before managing those facilities for them.
The team is led by Sean Seamer, the President of Gravity Media. Sean brings a wealth of global experience in sports and media. His previous role was CEO of Supercars, which runs the Australian touring car championship. Supercars is also where he first worked with Gravity Media, as the company has been the Supercars broadcast services & facilities partner for the past eight years and more recently, the Supercars’ technology partner since 2020.
Sean’s previous experience includes being the CEO of MediaCom ANZ, where he rebuilt and transform the business. Prior to that, he was the CEO of GroupM New Zealand, where he oversaw the introduction of the holding company in that market. His global experience includes roles in San Francisco, London and Singapore.
Working closely with Sean is Ted Griggs, who joined in October 2021. As Executive Vice President, Ted takes a lead role on the company’s regional strategy and US growth agenda. Ted brings his skills and expertise to every project he is responsible for across North America and is a leading voice in sports programming. His wealth of experience includes being Group President, Strategic Production and Programming Leader at the sports group, NBC.
Lynn King, Gravity Media’s US Operations Director arrived with a wealth of knowledge; eight Emmys and over 20-years of invaluable entertainment industry experience from NASCAR to the World Series. Joining Gravity Media in 2022, Lynn is a highly accomplished, solutions-focused operations expert who is responsible for overseeing all North American operations. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for determining the organizational needs of multiple events across the West Coast and throughout the US in addition to streamlining various creative projects. As the former Executive Director of FOX Sports, Lynn spearheaded several projects and oversaw multiple departments while implementing strategic field production plans and operations for major live and remote sports events.
Josh Rosen is the Director of Strategic Account Management, focusing on deploying next-generation media technologies. Josh’s role at Gravity Media ensures that the business is grasping new media opportunities that come its way. Josh focuses on XR Production, Virtual Sets, VR and immersive production, Josh’s varied skill set is exemplified by the five Emmy awards he’s won as a documentary writer/director/producer for PBS, and the multiple patents he holds in UX Design and Machine Learning.
Recent USA work highlights include the MLS playoffs, WNBA finals, a full suite of college sports across the country and Red Bull’s Rampage in Utah.
