World Series of Darts

What we did

A joint Gravity Media team from the US and the UK joined forces on site at the Hulu Theatre, Madison Square Garden in New York to cover an exciting international darts competition for the 2022 World Series of Darts.

What we used

Gravity Media facilitated the production where they deployed an outside broadcast truck and a team of 25 technical staff onsite to capture the action.

Outcome

The tournament concluded on Saturday 5th June with first-time winner Michael Smith winning the overall championship title. This is the first time a darts event has been held at the Hulu Theatre in New York which saw the Englishman emerged victorious over seasoned veteran Michael van Gerwen and scooped up the prize of £20,000 to end an exciting showcase at Madison Square Garden.
