Sports Stadiums

Shout from the rooftops.

At Gravity Media, sport is such an integral part of our business that we not only support the production and broadcast of major sporting events, but we also support the construction of the stadia that make those competitions possible.

And as our business operates worldwide, clients benefit not only from our capacity to take on projects anywhere in the world, but also a uniquely flexible service that blends international experience with local, on-the-ground knowledge.

With experience spanning decades – and almost every major sports event in existence– we’ve become a world-leader in stadium broadcast and AV infrastructure solutions. Our work has seen us provide services to events ranging from Olympic Games to football World Cups, installing both temporary and permanent facilities including Technical Operations Centres (TOCs), Cable Interconnection Rooms (CIRs), live production infrastructure and commentary services. Austria, Dubai, France, Germany, Poland, Qatar, Switzerland, Ukraine – the list goes on.
Working closely with sports associations, constructors and contractors, we’re often involved from the outset of these major capital projects. This means clients come to us for comprehensive, end-to-end solutions comprising planning, consultancy, design, engineering, project management, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance and aftercare.
Services typically involve integrating AV, IPTV and production facilities, and installing tactical fibre and SMPTE cable, as well as implementing large-screen playout and digital signage solutions. The emphasis, always, for these projects is to do them infrequently, to minimise both cost and disruption to the facilities. This means we aim to future-proof our installations as far as possible, including fitting out venues for multiple legacy uses. The result is that our stadium clients are connected and fully prepared for content creation and distribution to global audiences both now and in years to come – be that for sport, music or any other large-scale event.
