Pakistan Super League

What we did

Staged across four venues with some locations over a 1000km apart, the 2020 Pakistan Super League cricket tournament presented major logistical and technical challenges for Gravity Media’s teams, with over 150 people involved in delivering broadcast footage to media outlets.

What we used

Over 20 tonnes of equipment was flown into Pakistan from the UK and Australia, including one of our state-of-the-art cricket Flypacks. All the gear had to be rigged and de-rigged across venues with a final set-up of 64 cameras including drones, Hawk-Eye and Spidercam.

Outcome

Executive-produced by Gravity Media’s Steve Norris on behalf of live TV specialists Sportzworkz TV, our coverage included live pre- and post-game studio shows for each match of the PSL up until its suspension due to the pandemic.
