As ENG/EFP Manager at EMG Belgium, Wanda is responsible for leading a team of camera and audio professionals and managing the department’s scheduling activities.
She joined EMG Belgium in 2008 as part of the ENG/EFP planning department, where she quickly developed a strong passion for coordination, teamwork, and effective communication.
With a clear focus on collaboration and efficiency, Wanda ensures that every project is delivered seamlessly and to the highest professional standard.
Her organizational talent, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail enable her to maintain clarity and structure, even in high-pressure situations. Equally important to her is the human dimension of the role: motivating colleagues, fostering a positive working environment, and encouraging creative, team-driven solutions are all central to her leadership style.
Since 2008, Wanda has worked closely with Peter Van der Slycken, and together they currently manage the ENG/EFP department at EMG Belgium.
