Ravi Verma is Director of Strategy at Gravity Media, where he is responsible for shaping the company’s long-term strategic direction and leading key growth, transformation, and value-creation initiatives across global markets.
In 2024, Ravi led the complex post-merger integration of EMG and Gravity Media as Director of Transformation, successfully delivering synergy targets and organisational alignment during a pivotal period for the business. Prior to this, Ravi established and embedded the company’s FP&A function, positioning it as a strategic partner to the business and strengthening decision-making across commercial and operational teams.
Alongside his role at Gravity Media, Ravi serves as Vice Chair of the Board at the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF), London’s largest childcare social enterprise. He also holds an MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School, graduating within the top 10% of the global cohort.
