Narinder serves as the Technology Director at EMG / Gravity Media bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the industry.
Throughout her career, Narinder has held various leadership roles at the BBC where she was instrumental in leading the technical aspects across many of the most high-profile sporting events including Wimbledon, the FA Cup and the London Marathon to name a few. She also oversaw complex workflows for major events such as the Commonwealth and Olympic Games.
With a proven track record of building empowered working environments and achieving results through collaborative and highly motivated teams, Narinder is dedicated to leading the EMG / Gravity Media team towards continued success.
