Nathalie Linten

Nathalie has been part of EMG Belgium since 2004. She first joined the company as a planner within the multicamera department and later moved into the role of management assistant, where she supported both operational and administrative processes. In 2019, she transitioned to the HR department.

As HR manager, Nathalie focuses on providing clear structure, ensuring accurate HR administration, and supporting both employees and managers in their day-to-day questions. She values transparent communication and a practical, steady approach. In her current role, she contributes to ongoing HR initiatives while serving as a consistent and reliable point of contact across the organisation.
