Tottenham Hotspur recognised the challenge of ensuring its archive was future-proofed and digitally available. This was to include logged match material and digital material produced by the club for its platform, Spurs TV.
We worked closely with Spurs to create a complete digital archive system with maximum commercial potential delivered at a competitive cost. We also had to find a short-term workaround with an online and serviceable solution within two weeks of approval while, in tandem, the bespoke Spurs service was being designed and built.
Spurs is now building up its digital archive. Match material is the club’s main legacy, but in the digital age, all produced content can have continued value. The accessibility of this solution means all the club’s key internal and external stakeholders can now view and retrieve content from their computers from any location, thereby delivering savings on resource and time through improved workflows.
