What we did
Gravity Media provided production workflows and technical support for the German version of I’m A Celebrity, Ich bin ein Star – Holt mich hier raus!, produced by ITV Studios Germany for RTL and has done since its third series in 2008.
What we used
The technical rig began on 4th January with the first TX day on 14th Jan. This year’s series broadcast for the entire month of January where a team of 40 crew members, supplied facilities, speciality cameras and event communications.
Included in the technical and camera facilities includes robotics, IR and speciality cameras for 24 hour coverage of the Australian jungle.
This setup was built using Gravity Media’s fixed flypack solution which captures all the action in the camp, day trials and the live studio show filmed for Germany.
Outcome
Filmed on the Gold Coast, the production increases in size every year and is filmed in different locations around the Gold Coast in Australia. We look forward to the next series!
