EMG / Gravity Media, a world leading global provider of complex live creative production and media services is delighted to acknowledge and celebrate the recognition of Kahleah Webb, the company’s Head of Operations in Australia, at this year’s international Rise Awards.

The Rise Awards, conducted by Rise, the global diversity network for the media technology industry, are an annual international celebration of the outstanding talent, skills, expertise and achievements of exceptional women in the broadcast and media technology sectors across all global markets.

Kahleah is the winner of this year’s Rise Business Operations Award which acknowledges an individual who takes the resources available to them and allows the creation and delivery of outstanding content across all screens.

In the words of the Rise Awards judges: “Kahleah is deeply impressive in her role which is a huge jigsaw puzzle and still manages to make a pioneering impact on the industry as a role model and actively coaches female talent in her organisation and the industry at large – she really deserves this win.”

As Head of Operations, Kahleah manages the day-to-day operations for EMG / Gravity Media in Australia, including outside broadcast trucks and staffing allocations and movements for major sporting events, concerts, current affairs programs, entertainment shows, studio productions and reality television shows.

Kahleah said: “I’m extremely proud to have won such an award but just as proud of the people I have around me.
