1. What is your favourite part / proudest moment at Gravity Media?

The diverse range of people and interactions globally as well as developing and professionalising the HR partnering roles & overall HR function globally. That along with the journey through the pandemic and supporting the business from an HR perspective to stabilise and continue to grow.

2. What motivates you at work?

Success is what motivates me to do a good job. Knowing the fact that hard work and perseverance will help to achieve greater professional success is what keeps me going.

3. A tip for someone starting out in the broadcast / tech industry?

• Don’t’ presume you know it all
• Be approachable
• Work hard to build relationships
• Don’t be afraid to ask for help and advice
• Be flexible

4. Favourite sport / team / film / tv programme?

There are several sports that I like to watch including rugby (#TeamIreland all the way), tennis and Formula 1. I like the good suspense of a movie – action, crime, thrillers and biographies.
