The brain child of Mick Audsley (Editor: Mona Lisa Smile, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Prince of Persia etc), he describes it as
“…an informal gathering for those who miss sprockets, for those that don’t and for those that just missed them. For those that enjoy the prospect of influencing fellow film makers who have no influence on your projects. Don’t let the hair or the dog be the hair in the gate”.
Packed to the rim with editors, assistant editors, post production supervisors, production assistants and many others, some of best loved and most respected names in post came out for this great first event.
As one of the official sponsors, Gravity Media (as HyperActive) were there in the form of James and Liam meeting some of the guests, catching up with old friends and talking with some new faces. James said “It was one of the best evenings I’ve had in a long time. It was just really nice to meet and talk with people you wouldn’t normally get the chance to”.
With De Lane Lea’s bar packed it was standing room only as people edged their way around.
