A brief summary 

We’re looking for a proactive, structured and collaborative Coordinating Event Producer to join our team. As a Coordinating Event Producer, you will help implement Global Esports events for our client. You will coordinate cross-team communication and collaboration and ensure that teams are working together flawlessly.

The Coordinating Event Producer role will be based out of Los Angeles, California, with travel required to support Global Events. The role will report into the Service Delivery Manger – Studio Crewing Global Events.

 

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Manage approval processes, assets, recaps and overall work system of global esports events for League of Legends or VALORANT respectively.
  • Coordinate workback schedules, milestones and processes to ensure that our events are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  • Design and implement the event specific work system including managing the rituals, communication methods, artifacts, tools, and systems to enable and improve day-to-day operations.
  • Work with creative partners to anticipate upcoming deadlines, collate feedback, organize assets, and manage timely communications with internal and external partners.
  • Asset management of IP and brand deliverables, gathering appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Flagging at risk dependencies, creating leadership recaps, providing weekly updates, and organizing retros.
  • Collate Know Before You Go information for public and invited guests, gathering information from event logistics, ticketing, venue, and production teams.
  • Ad-hoc event producing support on areas such as ticketing, co-streaming, activations, partnership management etc.

 

 This role is for you if

  • Deep project/program management knowledge such as a PMP Certification and strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Airtable, Notion, Miro and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communicator with solid organizational skills including written and verbal communication across global environments.
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple competing activities and interests simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism and use independent discretion when sharing information.
  • Must be flexible and responsive to a fast-paced, high-demand, evolving, and changing business environment.
  • Self-starter, energetic, positive attitude with enthusiasm to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Experience designing and improving work systems
  • Ability to facilitate discussion, identify alternative approaches, and resolve conflicts.

Salary Range: $93,600.00 To $114,400.00 Annually
