Gravity Media, the leading force in production and content, media services and facilities, and Cricket Australia today outlined an expanding broadcast and technology partnership to deliver live all-screens coverage across the 2025-26 Australian summer of cricket.
Gravity Media and Cricket Australia will introduce new and enhanced technological innovations to create and produce more than 350 hours broadcast coverage of cricket – delivering to FOX Sports, Kayo in Australia, Fancode in India and, globally, with CA Live and cricket.com.au.
In partnership with Cricket Australia, this summer of cricket will see Gravity Media move across Australia to deliver coverage of more than 60 days across the One Day Cup, WBBL, WNCL, Sheffield Shield (including the Final), the Prime Minister’s XI and Governor General’s XI matches.
Gravity Media’s first undertaking for Cricket Australia this summer was Australia v India in the Under-19s men’s series encompassing three one-day matches in Brisbane on 21 to 26 September. Gravity Media will next deliver the 2025-26 Sheffield Shield WA Men v NSW Men at the WACA Ground from 4 October.
In a significant broadcast undertaking for Cricket Australia, Gravity Media will access its fleet of state-of-the-art high definition outside broadcast trucks, and deploy remote broadcast production technology involving cellular and cloud-based solutions across the 2025-26 season.
A key component of Gravity Media’s technological solutions for broadcast coverage across the summer of cricket is Gravity Media Australian designed and developed proprietary CelBo remote broadcast production solution for coverage of cricket matches.
Gravity Media’s CelBo is a live stream innovation that delivers remote production of events through cellular and cloud-based technologies to deliver individual camera and audio feed coverage to Gravity Media’s Production Centres in Sydney and Melbourne.
The technology solution – which enhances and streamlines production and technology workflows – allows Gravity Media and Cricket Australia to create, direct and deliver a complete broadcast production, including on-screen graphics and multiple camera replay capabilities.
Boost Graphics, the specialist international graphics subsidiary of Gravity Media, will deliver a state-of-the-art on-screen graphics suite to add further depth to the coverage of all cricket matches produced by Gravity Media in partnership with Cricket Australia for its global rights-holders, including FOX Sports Australia, Kayo, Disney Star and Cricket.com.au/ CA Live.
This graphics solution will also be deployed on coverage across a range of domestic cricket matches produced by Cricket Australia.
This is the ninth cricket season for Gravity Media’s partnership with Cricket Australia.
