Through strong partnerships with clients, education providers, and community groups we work to identify and develop emerging talent. From grassroots outreach to structured internal training, our approach is intentional, inclusive, and designed to have real impact.

We’re actively involved with clients’ training efforts and maintain strong outreach ties with academic institutions and industry groups. Our teams are encouraged and supported in their growth, with a strong focus on succession planning and leadership development.

Whilst they are headquartered in the UK, they have a global presence across Europe, North America, India, APAC, ANZ and the Middle East. Working with Rise aligns to our values for supporting women, from all backgrounds, working in broadcast media. Our aim is to work alongside Rise, and other organisations, to secure a sustainable pipeline of female and underrepresented talent in the fields of engineering, technical operations, sales, marketing and business.
