Lee Miller

Lee is a Strategic Projects Lead at Gravity Media, reporting into Charlie, our Group COO. In this role he partners closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact initiatives across the organisation – from strategic transformation and operational efficiency to integration and commercial enablement.

With a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration, Lee leads complex programs that align business priorities, streamline operations, and deliver measurable value.

Lee’s previous experience spans FTSE-listed corporations and high-growth SMEs across industries including media, technology, and professional services. He holds an MBA from the Henley Business School, with a specialism in Strategy, Operations and Change Management.
