Personal Information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of Personal Information about you which we have grouped together follows:

  • Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
  • Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your Personal Information but is not considered Personal Information in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your Personal Information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as Personal Information which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

How do we collect data

We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:

Direct interactions. You may give us your Identity, Contact and Financial Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes Personal Information you provide when you:

  • apply for our products or services;
  • create an account on our website;
  • subscribe to our service or publications;
  • request marketing to be sent to you;
  • Your contact with us, such as via an email or letter sent, or through our chat platform;
  • enter a competition, promotion or survey; or

This website is using Tidio, a chat platform that connects users with the customer support of Gravity Media. We are collecting email addresses, names, and region location, only with the consent of the users, in order to start the chat. The messages and data exchanged are stored within the Tidio application. For more information, please refer to their Privacy Policy. Gravity Media is not making use of these messages or data other than to follow up on users’ registered issues or inquiries. Your personal data will be processed and transmitted in accordance with the CCPA.

Third parties or publicly available sources. We may receive Personal Information about you from various third parties and public sources as set out below:

  • Technical Data from the following parties: analytics providers, advertising networks and search information providers, based inside and outside the EU.
  • Contact, Financial and Transaction Data from providers of technical, payment and delivery services.
  • Identity and Contact Data from data brokers or aggregators and from publicly availably sources based inside the EU.

How we use your Personal Information

We will only use your Personal Information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your Personal Information in the following circumstances:

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

Disclosure of your information

Where we store your Personal Information

You have the right to opt out of the disclosure of Personal Information about you for consideration and the sharing of Personal Information about you for digital tracking.   4. Sensitive Personal Information. Gravity Media does not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information for purposes that, under applicable law, require us to offer consumers a “Right to Limit” the use or disclosure of sensitive Personal Information.
  5. Right to Non-Discrimination. We may not discriminate against you because of your exercise of any of the forgoing privacy rights, or any rihts under the CCPA, including by:

    • Providing you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
