Production Runner

We are looking for a looking for a motivated, self-starter who is passionate about esports. The ideal candidate for this role will provide essential support to the team, ensuring smooth operations during live events. This position is on an as needed basis. Strong interpersonal skills, service focus, problem solving, time management, and critical thinking competencies are crucial.

The successful candidate will be assigned to the Remote Broadcast Center owned and operated by Riot Games. They will work across live esport broadcasts focusing on championships and tournaments from around the world.  The Production Runner will be an integral part of the Production team and will take guidance from the Production Manager while reporting to the Service Delivery Manager at the Remote Broadcast Center. The position is based in the greater Seattle area. The position may require travel on occasion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Production with any purchasing, scheduling, and day-to-day needs.
• Assist the facility with administrative duties including making signage, drafting correspondence, and running errands as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact between the team and other departments for events coordination and support.
• Responsible for the Coffee Bar including preparation of coffee and maintaining cleanliness and inventory.
• Assist with general runs, pick-ups, and drop-offs if/when needed.
• Perform any other duties to support the overall success of the team, no task should be too small or too big.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have vehicle and driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a creative environment.

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to sit, reach outward or above the shoulder, stand, walk, handle with fingers, stand, bend, and stoop.
• Ability to operate a keyboard, view a video display terminal screen, ability to use telephone equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push or pull up to 25 pounds.
