Based in our vendor partner offices in Playa Vista, CA, the Producer will actively oversee all stages of production on assigned projects. The Producer will work closely with the Production Supervisors, DP, Producers, and Crew within the ecosystem to manage projects on a national and global level. They will work on a variety of projects including live music performances, corporate video addresses and presentations, narrative driven marketing content, promotional content for various platforms.

We are looking for a skilled Senior Broadcast Engineer to join our team to help lead, shape, and drive the operation and maintenance of the production layer and supporting technologies at our clients remote broadcast operations with global reach.

If successful, you will be working with the latest technology in the most advanced Remote Broadcast Centre in the World in the greater Dublin area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with Vendor Partner stakeholders to conceive, produce, refine and deliver projects that adhere to client goals in an efficient and resource sensitive manner.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop treatments, scripts, shot lists and staff productions based on project needs.
  • Work with Production Supervisor to create schedules and execute on all other pre-production needs.
  • Supervise and execute in-studio and on-location/remote shoots for a variety of projects.
  • Work with talent as needed and provide notes for director, editor and finishing team.
  • Oversee the post-production process for assigned projects.
  • Work closely with Post Production Lead to develop workback schedules and set realistic delivery expectations with stakeholders.
  • Work with editorial team to ensure projects are delivered on-time and to stakeholders’ satisfaction.
  • Manage stakeholder interaction and expectations regarding video production support efforts.
  • Build a knowledge base of each client’s business, systems, and objectives.
  • Manage and train freelance crew as required.
  • Perform other job-related duties and projects as needed and assigned.
  • Technical knowledge and hands on experience delivering video projects is a plus (including lighting, shooting, audio mixing, switching, editing).
  • Experience with virtual production (camera tracking systems, Unreal/Unity virtual environments and greenscreens/LED walls) is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a complex production environment.
  • Able to execute production in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with professional cameras (Arri Alexa, Sony FX9/F55, Canon C300, etc), standard lighting setups, pre-production/project management, studio and on-location production, and the production process as a whole: from conception to delivery.
  • Must have excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational, communication and
  • interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client relations and interfacing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Ability to respond and work during nights, holidays or weekends if required.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Written and verbal communication proficiency.
