Michael Harabin, President of Gearhouse Broadcast USA is moderating a panel on REMI productions at the SVG Regional Sports Networks conference in Denver on June 25th. The At-Home Production and the Virtualized Truck: How Live Game Productions Are Evolving session features an expert panel including AT&T’s Director of Product Management for Global Video Services, Scott Beckett, Craig DeWit, the Production Technology Manager for Midco Sports Network, Nick Garvin, Chief Operating Officer for Mobile TV Group and Kyle Reischling, VP for Remote Events for Pac-12 Networks.

Michael is uniquely qualified to moderate this panel as he has been both a client and user of this model at Pac-12 as well as a vendor with Gearhouse Broadcast, which recently announced the successful completion of its 1850th multi-camera, remote integration (REMI) production. This places it as a leader in delivering ‘At Home’ centralized productions and includes delivering college football games, men’s and women’s college basketball, and Olympic sports; swimming and diving, field hockey, lacrosse and soccer for the Pac-12 Networks and ESPN.

Gearhouse Broadcast USA has an extensive fleet of modern mobile units based in both Los Angeles, CA and Charlotte, NC, which have been specially designed and built for ‘At Home’-style applications. These include Sprinter class trucks Busker, Solo, Trouper, Skye and Iona and larger ‘O’ Class trucks Opus and Ovation.

The fourth annual RSN Summit takes place at the Grand Hyatt Denver on June 24-25, 2019. It’s designed to meet the needs of today’s regional sports network leaders and content creators and will feature some of the most important leaders in the industry.
