The pinnacle of women’s golf starts today at Gleneagles. The Solheim Cup is a biennial tournament contested by the best players from Europe and the USA going head-to-head in match play format.

The 16th edition of the event promises to be one of the highlights of the year’s sporting calendar, with Europe hoping to avenge their 16½–11½ loss to the Americans in 2017.

Running from 9 to 15 September 2019, the iconic Gleneagles will host the tournament for the first time since 2000. The PGA Centenary Course, on which Europe sealed a thrilling Ryder Cup victory in 2014, continues its match play legacy, providing a stunning battleground amid the rolling Perthshire hills.

HyperActive will be supporting CTV Outside Broadcasts throughout the tournament with two Avid Media Composer systems.
