Gearhouse Broadcast appoints Thea Finch as Lead Production Manager

Watford, UK, 9 July 2019Gearhouse Broadcast, the Gravity Media-owned supplier of technical facilities, crew and services used to capture the world’s most watched content, has hired Thea Finch as Lead Production Manager. The appointment will see Thea head up the production team to ensure effective day-to-day operational activity, act as key point of contact for clients, and have overall responsibility for all Projects production budgets.

Thea brings over a decade of industry experience in all areas of production, including host broadcast, studio, magazine, highlights, OTT and branded content programming. She joins Gearhouse from DAZN Group where, as Production Manager, she worked on numerous high-profile jobs, including Premiership Rugby. Prior to this Thea worked as a Production Coordinator for the BBC Football League Show at IMG, and Sunset + Vine where she was part of the team that launched BT Sport’s Premier League coverage. Thea’s career started in 2008 at Input Media, one of Europe’s leading sports production companies and a fellow subsidiary or Gravity Media Group. There she trained as a Production Coordinator on Input’s long running contracts with Chelsea TV and UEFA.
