Appointed Operations Director for Gravity Media in 2018, he is an expert in change management and recognised throughout the industry for promoting quality and excellence in the workplace. In recent years, he has overseen the delivery of a range of ISO certifications, including the Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme’s Bronze, Silver and Gold awards.
