Stefan Ott is Head of IT and Data Protection Coordinator in Germany and has held senior roles in information and communication technology for nearly 30 years. Part of his responsibilities is embedded directly within the executive management team, enabling him to support strategic initiatives early on and actively contribute to the company’s digital direction.
He is responsible for the further development of the IT infrastructure, the planning and implementation of secure and efficient system environments, and the reliable operation of all IT services. His core tasks include managing and coordinating complex IT projects, developing security, data protection and compliance concepts, and overseeing the company’s networks, communication systems and cloud environments. With his extensive experience, he ensures that IT, security and organisational processes work seamlessly together to keep the company sustainably efficient and resilient.
In addition, he is part of the international IT team within the corporate group and serves as a key point of contact for information security, technical compliance and digital transformation. He also plays an active role in fire safety and occupational health and safety, contributing significantly to enterprise-wide risk and security management. Stefan is known for his practical, solution-focused approach, combining technical expertise with organisational clarity.
