For more than 31 years, Norbert has been part of the company, with his professional roots in video engineering. As a vision engineer, he spent many years as head of department and was responsible for numerous national and international productions, both in the studio and on outside broadcasts. Supporting and developing young talent was also one of his key responsibilities.
In his current role as Production Engineer, he works closely with clients: Norbert captures requirements, optimises workflows, and implements technical solutions with precision and reliability. He places great importance on partnership-based collaboration, transparency, and the highest quality standards.
