Loopy Snooker

HyperActive has supported NEP in its coverage of the 2019 Players Championship snooker at the Preston Guild Hall. The highlight of the event was without doubt Ronnie O’Sullivan becoming the first ever player to compile 1,000 professional centuries – and in doing so wrapping up the match and the tournament.

There were wild scenes as the 100-mark approached. The audience were cheering every ball as it went in, O’Sullivan was laughing the whole way through, and he secured the 100^th point left-handed. It was sensational TV, and a landmark moment in the sport’s history.
