THE CUSTOMER

The Football Association (FA) – the game’s governing body in England, formed in 1863 and the oldest football association in the world. Gravity Media – then branded Input Media – has been The FA’s production partner since 2008.

THE PROJECT

To deliver top-quality, live multi-camera coverage of selected FA Cup ties for The FA’s rights-holders in the UK and overseas. The FA Cup is the world’s oldest and most famous club football competition.

THE APPROACH

Good planning is essential. We liaise with The FA to establish the best games for coverage, and then recce the grounds for access and camera positions. OB facilities are booked from reputable suppliers and production teams appointed, led by experienced Gravity Media producers and directors who know how to capture the story of the match and tell it with style and panache.   

THE OUTCOME

On behalf of The FA, Gravity Media consistently delivers first-rate coverage of FA Cup ties up to and including the Final for broadcast live or as highlights within the UK and around the world.
