The NORAM Production Manager is responsible for coordinating production resources for MVP’s studio teams and remote work across North America. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in video production tailored for social platform, advertising, and broadcast content. They should possess an established network of production professionals across major US markets and our studio regions.
This is a fully remote position with no requirement for in-studio or on-location presence. It would be great if they were close to a studio in NORAM, but not a requirement. While proximity to a MVP NORAM studio is a plus, it is not mandatory. The role requires a commitment of up to 30 hours per week- supporting crewing, equipment, casting, and fabrication requests that come into our service.

For in-studio projects, collaborate closely with MVP Production Supervisors, Content Leads, and other cross-functional partners to understand production needs and translate them into actionable plans for project success.
Communicate budget updates and logistical details clearly, proactively, and in a timely fashion to all relevant parties.
Facilitate regular check-ins and status updates with MVP studio teams, flex personnel, and vendors to address challenges and ensure smooth execution.
Take ownership of refining and improving production documentation processes, i.e., quotes and budgets, Â to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
