1. What is your favourite part at Gravity Media?
One of my proudest moments had to be the arrival of the French OB Truck. The truck has given us great confidence across a number of elements and helped highlight how Gravity Media is evolving.
2. What motivates you at work?
Gaining new work and establishing customer loyalty, while keeping a strong internal team, with motivation and passion.
3. A tip for someone starting out in the broadcast/ tech industry?
Technology is evolving rapidly, we all have to learn, stay up to date with the latest equipment and take on new challenges. It’s important to be aware that this profession is opening up to women too, with the number of women working in broadcasting and TV growing by the number every day.
4. Favourite sport & TV programme?
I like a lot of sports and watching them is a great way to de-stress sometimes, I am also a fan of MMA, and practice jujitsu.
5. What makes great live TV?
The key to success is quite simply, an understanding and a thorough study of the client’s request. It is a follow-up of the project until the end, by providing solutions and advice. Customer satisfaction is always my priority.
