1. What is your favourite part / proudest moment at Gravity Media?
Ongoing hiring of ‘right person/best applicant’ for the right job. Our industry is changing, and we are evolving by casting wider nets and recruiting some really great talent into our fold. This is very rewarding, and I love to see the next generation come ahead in leaps and bounds. That and the countless number of flawless projects we deliver day in and day out.
2. What motivates you at work?
Success breeds success but is always underpinned with great planning and execution. Coupled with our success has been the constant growth and diversification of the industry’s needs. Working with a great core team across all our areas of business is the fundamental reason behind our success, so keeping pace with these talented people is the motivation.
3. A tip for someone starting out in the broadcast / tech industry?
Be patient, it takes an eternity to become an overnight success, and your starting point will be nowhere near your finish line. Having tertiary qualifications are great, but your apprenticeship has just begun the day you start your first job, so soak up what you can and enjoy the ride.

5. What makes great live TV?
Fast-paced content that you cannot get anywhere else, or the best offering of whatever genre you are presenting to the masses. It’s ok to make mistakes on air, just keep going! The modern viewing audience are a fickle bunch, but if you are keeping them entertained, they won’t flick or swipe away.
