At any given time, you can find 100-200 British TV shows and 100 movies on Netflix. Amazon boasts over 150 British shows on Amazon Prime and there is a healthy collection airing on Hulu. For the diehard fans, there’s BritBox.
Actors Martin Freeman and Daisy Haggard pop up everywhere on British imports; sometimes as British and sometimes as North American, testimonial to their acting talents.
Is there a difference between British and North American content? Not that I can tell. While the number of episodes varies the content doesn’t feel significantly different. Funny is funny no matter what the accent.
