Gravity Media’s outside broadcast truck, Pictor was back on the road after it was deployed by our team to cover the recent Garuda Select fixtures for MOLA TV.
Garuda Select is sponsored by Garuda Indonesia, the state airline, and is part of a programme to improve football talent in the country. The touring players benefit from playing strong academy teams in the UK and Italy with some of them attracting the interest of professional European clubs. Many are already social media stars back home and the live streams on MOLA TV always generate a strong audience.
The latest round of games kicked off on Saturday 08 May with Pictor on site in Loughborough as Garuda Select played Crystal Palace’s U17, a game which ended with Garuda winning 5-3. This was followed by Manchester City Youth vs Garuda Select on Tuesday 11 May, which saw Manchester City Youth win 4-0. You can now catch up on the highlights as well as the broadcasts available to watch for free on the MOLA TV app.
