The Gravity Media team in France was onsite at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre in Paris recently for Rétromobile 2020 – Artcurial’s vintage car auction. Artcurial is France’s most celebrated auction house, famous for its sales of collectible cars, art and luxury goods.

There were 167 lots on offer at this year’s Rétromobile, ranging from a DKW RT 125 motorbike with no reserve, to a stunning 1929 Mercedes-Benz 710 SS Sport Tourer – one of the most highly sought-after cars in the world – expected to sell for between six and eight million euros. Ultimately, though, the star car of the day was lot 45 – a 1965 Ferrari 275 GTB, which went for a cool €2.5m.

Gravity Media supported production company Groupe AB with a purpose-build flyway to cover the auction.
