It was an exciting day on Friday 23 October at The Production Centre in West London as the team remote-produced the award-winning panel for the Norwegian Fredrikstad Animation Festival starring: Tim Allen, a key animator on Wes Anderson’s Oscar nominated film Isle of Dogs; animator and filmmaker Michael Dudok de Wit, also nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature for The Red Turtle (2016); as well as BAFTA-nominated animator Lizzy Hobbs.
This was a chance for the animators to showcase their work live-streamed to the film festival in Fredrikstad, as well as take questions from the Norwegian audience interactively, in a professional four-camera studio with wraparound video wall.
