The eagerly anticipated third series of The Crown hit Netflix last week, with fans able to stream all 10 episodes from 17 November.
Based on Peter Morgan’s award-winning play The Audience, this lavish drama chronicles the life of Queen Elizabeth II from the 1940s to modern times. The series begins with an inside look at the early reign of the queen, who ascended the throne aged 25 after the death of King George VI. As the decades pass, personal intrigues, romances and political rivalries are revealed that played a big role in events that shaped the later years of the 20th century.
Our cutting-room facility Gravity House in Soho is currently looking after season four of the post-production on the show, where The Crown’s editorial and production team has exclusive use of the entire first floor from August 2019 to August 2020.
The show enjoys a score of 8.7/10 on IMDB and 91% on Rotten Tomatoes.
