Gravity Media Group has acquired Surrey-based broadcast TV and film equipment specialist Hyperactive Broadcast Ltd. BCMS acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of Hyperactive Broadcast during the transaction.
Hyperactive Broadcast Ltd hires a wide and extensive range of professional equipment to the Television and Film industry including Cameras, Outside-Broadcast Lenses, Production Servers with Slow-Motion Control, Non-Linear Editing Systems, Digital VTRs, Studio System Peripherals including Digital Vision Mixers, Monitors and many key accessories.
In addition to the hire of equipment, the company offers an exceptional technical support service, from full project planning and development to commissioning and on-site engineering support throughout an event. Hyperactive’s equipment has been utilised at major events across the world, including the Olympics, FIFA World Cup and the UEFA European Football Championships.
