Hyperactive joins UK Screen Association

Providing a central point of focus, gathering and representing the views of the sector to government, broadcasters, studios, manufacturers and others, they offer incentives and run initiatives to promote and better the industry as a whole for their members and the wider community.

Gravity Media (as Hyperactive) have for many years worked on major feature films worldwide supplying Avid editing and Pro Tools systems as well as thousands of TV projects supplying everything from lenses through to IP director networks for Avid / EVS integrated workflows and have always tried to show practical support to groups and organisations that work for the betterment of the industry and their clients.

Last year saw a focus on cameraman and editors through support of the Guild of Television Cameramen (GTC) and a number of other industry groups and this year Hyperactive plans to continue to expand on that support, starting with the UK Screen Association and as it see’s potential wider industry changes in the convergence of traditional sectors into a more unified struture over the forthcoming few years.

James Gander, Hyperactive Broadcast’s MD said:
We’re glad to support the UK Screen Association as members. Not only do we believe in the work they do, but we look forward to working with them and some of the other members who we are delighted to already be able to call friends
