As a Business Development Manager for Gravity Media in the UK, Nick is responsible for leading Gravity Media’s expansion into the Studio, Entertainment and Reality TV markets. 

With over 15 years of business development experience, Nick has worked across several market sectors including FMCG, Publishing, Media and Broadcast. 

Prior to joining Gravity Media in 2020, Nick managed new business for post-production house Evolutions TV, working across factual entertainment and documentary programming. He also previously worked with global advertising agencies at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. 

As Business Development Manager for Gravity Media based in Watford in the UK, Peter is responsible for developing System Integration sales and client experience with a strong focus on the EMEA market.

Prior to joining Gravity Media, Peter worked as a Regional Sales Manager for over 25 years spanning several industry mergers and acquisitions from Leitch to Imagine Communications.  His focus on System Integration and live Sports Broadcast customers, where cutting-edge products and on-time sign-off are always critical, brought key successes and longstanding relationships.

Ian is the Director of Engineering for Gravity Media’s Australia-based operations. He is responsible for overseeing all engineering/maintenance aspects of the business, including projects, rental equipment and skill development of technical staff.

Joining the Gravity Media (as Gearhouse Broadcast) in 2012, Ian oversaw the implementation of the first supertruck built by the company in Australia, the success of which saw the production of four subsequent supertrucks. 

During his time at Gravity Media, Ian has been involved in the onsite operations of the Supercars project, including developing the technical platform for multiple trucks. He has also successfully delivered projects including the Asian Football Championships, Winter Olympics and Australian Open Tennis for Channel Seven Australia, which operated out of the Remote Broadcast Centre.

More recently Ian project managed the phenomenally successful BP V8 Supercars Eseries and as other events for V8 Supercars, Riot Games, ESL and Tennis Australia.  All of these (except Supercars) were large scale arena events for games including Fortnite, League of Legends and Counterstrike.

Before Gravity Media, Ian worked as a broadcast engineer for Cutting Edge Outside Broadcast and Global Television.

Sunita Vishram joined Gravity Media (as Gearhouse Broadcast) in 2008, performing a number of roles within the UK sales team before moving abroad in 2015 and becoming Sales & Marketing Executive in the Qatar office. 

Alongside her commercial responsibilities, Sunita looks after the day-to-day running of the office, as well as working hard to keep our existing customers happy.

Sunita has been involved right from the very beginning with Qatar’s development towards the world cup having secured the contracts do broadcast cabling for four out of the stadiums that will host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

As an advisor for Gravity Media in Middle East & North Africa (MENA), Abdelkader is assisting the business to develop and grow its presence in the region. He is identifying new business opportunities in key MENA countries through offering broadcast facilities and content solutions to the region’s broadcasters and content providers.

Abdelkader is a media executive with more than 23 years’ experience and has worked for some of the major TV networks in the region, holding key responsibilities in the fields of content production and media rights acquisition.

Prior to joining Gravity Media, Abdelkader was director of Media Rights at beIN Media Group. In this role, Abdelkader was responsible for the acquisition and management of key sports and entertainment properties and the development of strategic partnerships with major content providers in the region.

Before beIN, Abdelkader was head of programmes at Dubai Media Incorporated overseeing both the production and content acquisition for the Dubai Sports channel. Earlier in his career he worked for the Middle East Broadcasting Centre (MBC), the first satellite network in the region.

Abdelkader holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Diplomacy (1997).

As Director of Systems for Gravity Media, Pete is responsible for the overall budget and project management of systems integration projects. He also responsible for purchasing and recruitment in support of these projects.

Recently Pete has been working in Qatar on three of the 2022 FIFA World Cup stadiums, installing around 600,000 meters of cable with connectivity to broadcast control room systems.

Prior to joining DPL - a forerunner of Gravity Media - in 1991, he worked as an electrician on the new terminal building at Stanstead Airport for five years.

As Head of Systems Integration Gravity Media in EMEA, Paul leads the Systems Integration proposals team, to ensure they stay abreast of new technologies and innovation, and that these developments are reflected in Gravity Media’s proposals strategy

Paul is a Systems Engineer, System Designer and project manager with extensive skills and a wealth of experience gained almost 30 years in the fields of installations, fly-away and outside broadcasts throughout the world.  He joined Gravity Media in 2013 and has been involved with the design, build and fit out of multiple installations for clients such as London Stock Exchange, Trinity Broadcasting Network and A&E Networks

Prior to joining Gravity Media, Paul was Systems Manager for Presteigne Charter. Over this 13 year period, he was lead engineer for Canadian TV and Channel 4 during the 2012 Olympics/Paralymics. Senior Engineer for the BBC during the 2008 Euros and 2010 World Cup, as well as numerous cricket tours in Asia and the West Indies.

Before Presteigne Charter, Paul worked for Global Outside Broadcasts across the UK and Europe on Outside Broadcasts as Senior Engineer for Horse Racing, Football, Speedway and Cricket as well as various Light Entertainment Shows.

As a Systems Integration Proposals Engineer for Gravity Media in the UK, Andy is responsible for understanding the client brief, taking responsibility for the design, specification, and costing before project managing the installation and commissioning process for Gravity Media. 

Andy has over 30 years’ experience of leading teams in the television industry, covering production, editing and business development. He has worked on high profile events and deliveries and has excelled in technical project and change management. He is a natural problem solver who has a passion for coaching and embracing new technology. 

Before joining Gravity Media Andy gained experience in both public service and private sectors, leading teams delivering resources for high value contracts, acting as the key technical liaison and accountable for ensuring facilities operated effectively as well as being responsible for planning and delivering technical resources to major productions and projects. 

Andy was BBC trained and is Prince2 qualified.
