Taking on the role of Marketing Manager for Australia, Carlos’s impact spans across our Sydney and Melbourne locations. He serves as a crucial link between the local and global marketing teams, collaborating closely with the UK-based team to effectively implement Gravity Media’s comprehensive marketing strategy in the Australian market.

Carlos’s career journey commenced in the vibrant entertainment and hospitality sector, where he contributed his skills to renowned venues like Marquee Sydney (The Star), ivy (Merivale), and esteemed brands such as Ministry of Sounds. Transitioning to the not-for-profit industry, Carlos made a meaningful impact in the Aged Care, Community Services, and Education sectors. His versatility further extended to freelance and short-term projects across various domains, including FMCG, Fashion, Telecommunications, Media, and associations with prominent brands like Optus, Maxim Magazine, Showpo Fashion, and Nicola Finetti.

To enhance his already extensive skill set, Carlos pursued a Master of Business in Marketing at the prestigious University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
