Gravity Media is set for the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race along with 120 boats including four 100-foot maxis, which will set off from Sydney Harbour for the 77th edition of the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race on Boxing Day.

It will be an international fleet sailing the Sydney Hobart for the first time since 2019.

Gravity Media is once again working closely with the Seven Network in the production of the telecast, with Gravity Media delivering all broadcast technology and production services, and accessing on-board cameras on three of the top-rated line honours yachts, Hamilton Island Wild Oats, Andoo Comanche and LawConnect, along with on-water chase boat cameras and live helicopter camera coverage.

The coverage will leverage Gravity Media’s internationally recognised broadcast technology and complex signal delivery systems for on-board and on-water coverage on Sydney Harbour, and connecting into one of Gravity Media’s High Definition Mobile Production Facilities trucks for the complete television production.
