General Summary

Based in our Watford office, the Senior Proposals Coordinator will be accountable to the Business Development Director, working with a variety of stakeholders in the business to coordinate and review/edit the content of our business proposals. Typically, this will involve contributions from sales, marketing, technical teams, finance, commercial, legal and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Writing and producing bid documents, proposals and presentation materials to secure future business.
  • Analyse briefing documents and assess scoring criteria
  • Manage information and input from both internal and external teams
  • Develop high quality branded responses
  • Prepare professionally produced proposals within customer/department defined timelines
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
  • Support feedback process following bid discussion

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience of successfully building relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with assimilating large volumes of information with an understanding of planning and managing associated workflows
  • Excellent MS Office Skills, especially Excel.
  • Good command of English Language for editing text and response writing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Experience of CRM software (Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Ability to work as part of a growing team is essential
