General Summary

Based primarily in our Watford office, the Senior Proposals Coordinator will support the Business Development Team throughout the full bid lifecycle. 

Responsibilities of the Senior Proposals Coordinator

  • Writing and producing bid documents, proposals and presentation materials to secure future business.
  • Analyse briefing documents and assess scoring criteria
  • Manage information and input from both internal and external teams
  • Develop high quality branded responses
  • Prepare professionally produced proposals within customer/department defined timelines
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
  • Support feedback process following bid discussion

Requirements of the Senior Proposals Coordinator

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience of successfully building relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with assimilating large volumes of information with an understanding of planning and managing associated workflows
  • Excellent MS Office Skills, especially Excel.
  • Good command of English Language for editing text and response writing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Experience of CRM software is an advantage
  • Ability to work as part of a growing team is essential
