General Summary

Based in our Watford office, the Group Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing implementation, adoption and enhancement of Gravity Media Groups Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be key part of the Sales Operations team, working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and vital stakeholders across the business, identifying and implementing new business processes/procedures, focusing on Sales, KAM and Marketing. The successful candidate will be able to drive process improvement as well as administering the marketing solution: Pardot. This role is part project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment which is currently composed of 30 users.
  • Management of core administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new enhancement requests.
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the company.
  • Documenting processes, guidelines and protocols as well as managing content through the org’s Libraries.
  • Implementation/Adoption of relevant apps/enhancements.
  • Managing integrations with third party systems such as 8x8 (Phone Integration), Vision-E Scan, Email to Lead and Outlook. At the same time, assessing further integrations e.g. with Inshpire (Stock Management).
  • Using Data Loader and/or http://dataloader.io for inserting, upserting, updating and deleting data.
  • Running weekly back-ups and equally running reports to review org’s health and areas of improvements in the org (Optimizer).
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Admin Certified (TBC)
  • Experience using Sales Cloud and Pardot.

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
  • Strong data management abilities.
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
