Based in our Watford office, the Workshop / Engineering Administrator will join a small but busy team to assist with updating spreadsheets, booking and planning repairs for Workshop, Engineering and Warehouse departments.

The Workshop / Engineering Administrator will take on a variety of roles such as raising and arranging repairs, keep stock levels of priority items, maintaining and organising documents/data and other administrative duties.

• To raise purchase orders and place orders with GM Suppliers for both Workshop, Engineering and Warehouse departments.
• To raise repair cover notes and arrange items to be sent away for repairs.
• Update Insphire database where necessary.
• Update Workshop Repair Ledger where necessary.
• Chase suppliers and Repairers for any outstanding items or repairs.
• Keep records of costs incurred.
• Keep records of Items sent away for repairs.
• Keep stock levels of priority items.

Adhering to our company H&S policy and ensuring that all company risk assessments are observed where applicable to your role, taking ownership of improvements and escalating concerns where necessary.

ISO

Contribute to the continual improvement of our management systems to ensure compliance with our legal obligations and maintain certification.

No specific qualifications are required, but the candidate should be fully computer literate and be able to interpret spreadsheet data and, if necessary, edit and feedback to their Line Manager any errors, changes, or improvements.

Familiar with InspHire Stock Control program useful but not essential.

• Preferable previous experience dealing with InspHire Stock Control program
• Priority management and organisational skills
• Analytical and logical approach to problem solving

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel level
