Operations Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join the team in Mascot.

Reporting to our Head of Operations, the role entails the day-to-day management of Gravity Media field operations being the main point of contact for field, warehouse and administration staff.

This is a full-time role based in Mascot, providing exposure to a diverse range of exciting projects.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join our team in our Mascot office in Sydney.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Team management including leave requests, team performance, coaching and development;
• Implementation of processes, standard operating procedures and continuous improvement to enhance utilisation of Gravity facilities;
• Internal management of upcoming projects and booking requests to ensure excellent client outcomes and avoid scheduling conflicts;
• Liaise with the Workshop Engineering team and the Asset Management team to ensure facilities are in working order and ready for assigned projects;
• Provide reports and timesheets to Finance team.
• Maintain awareness of upcoming projects and booking requests, and forward plan to identify and prepare for any potential issues;
• Provide project reporting, feedback, and debriefs to key stakeholders to ensure information is captured after the project has occurred.
