ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing HR team in Dublin, supporting a high calibre production team who provide services to well-known and highly successful esports publisher.

We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator who is passionate about delivering exceptional operational support across all aspects of HR management. This will be a high-touch role, with the opportunity to make a real impact. ​

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for both employees and candidates, offering a dynamic and engaging experience. You’ll be involved supporting the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, policy implementation, culture initiatives, and enhancing the overall experience for both candidates and employees.

We are also open to candidates who do not yet have all of the requirements, but have a high aptitude for learning and a growth mindset, as we can train you on the areas you don’t yet quite hit the mark.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • ​ Employee Lifecycle Support: Provide administration support for full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS database record keeping including accurate leave tracking and benefits administration, always ensuring compliance with employment law and data protection regulations.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Manage the initial stages of our outsourced payroll and benefits administration.
  • Policy & Procedures: Support the HRBP to help manage people related policy and practice, supporting changes in legislation and best practice when required.
  • HR Queries: Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees, providing prompt and accurate information.
  • Talent Acquisition: Coordinate recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening and interview scheduling. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding: Assist with onboarding activities to ensure the very best experience for candidates and new hires.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate HR documentation and preparing reports as required.
  • Culture Building: Support initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplaceculture ensuring people wellbeing best practices are integrated into our culture and strategy.
  • Equity, Diversity & Inclusion: Work closely with the HRBP to ensure the delivery of equality, diversity and inclusion approaches that positively impact culture and performance are ingrained in all our people practices.
  • Talent Management: Support the HRBP to deliver effective performance management practices which ensure all our people receive a meaningful performance reviews and robust development plans are in place for everyone.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF

  • Previous HR experience in a support role.
  • Knowledge of Irish labour laws and regulations.
  • Passion for HR and a strong desire to grow and develop in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of people strategies including recruitment, employee engagement
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
