Our next-generation Production Hub housed in The Westworks building is a creative and technology leading media hub made up of production, post-production, and live studios. Our teams will be able to be part of this high-energy, highly productive environment, working alongside teams creating the latest BAFTA-winning TV dramas, Hollywood blockbusters and more. The Front of House will oversee and coordinate all live projects at Westworks. They will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and the very best in customer service and client care. This will be a high touch role, covering reception, welcoming all guests into the building, and overseeing the workloads of our in-house teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all clients and live projects at Westworks, coordinating each booking to ensure all client requests are managed, expectations are met and every client leaves ultimately satisfied.
  • Ensure all queries, questions and requests from clients are dealt with positively and in good time.
  • Work closely with new business personnel at Westworks and the rental coordinator at Farnborough to ensure all client requests are quoted, booked, and invoiced in a timely manner, following Company protocol.
  • Build strong working relationships with all clients working from Westworks, reporting key information to senior management that will help the business achieve its goals.
  • Develop an understanding of Company pricing structures as well as individual client contracts and detail of each booking.
  • Following training, demonstrate a good understanding of and the ability to use the InspHire scheduling software and other booking system affectively.
  • Maintain a full knowledge of the building’s daily operations.
  • Provide day to day supervision of the Runner team to ensure all duties are performed in accordance with their role.
  • Work from Reception desk as needed and offer a warm welcome to all guests visiting Westworks, ensuring guest visitor passes are managed appropriately.
  • Manage the maintenance of the building with our facilities dept and also our third-party contractors to keep the building in top condition.
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service to all clients and visitors to the company, reporting all client feedback to the appropriate Director.
  • Pro-actively improve knowledge of post-production tools, practices, and overall industry knowledge both internally and externally. H&S Adhering to our company

Contribute to the continual improvement of our management systems to ensure compliance with our legal obligations and maintain certification.

Competencies

  • A developing knowledge of the UK studio and post industry and production processes.
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • Previous front of house/reception experience would be advantageous but not essential.
