JOB PURPOSE
Based at our state-of-the-art Production Facility, WestWorks, the Client Manager will work as part of the client services team acting as the main point of contact for one of our biggest clients, ATP Media. This individual will be expected to be at the forefront of the contract working alongside the wider Gravity Media team covering 60 events a year. The role requires constant communication with ATP Media over technical and operational matters, also acting as the point of escalation
