Gravity Media is delighted to have been one of the host venues for this month’s Soho Media Club BE YOU Festival held at @gravityhouseldn, our Home for Post Production.
On Thursday 14 July, the event provided a great opportunity to sit alongside industry-leading figures in a Career Discovery panel discussion as well as see the Mama Youth team at Gravity House.
Festival goers were welcomed in to hear some inspirational ideas about how Gravity can support Equity & Inclusion in a meaningful and authentic way.
Jake Esberger, our Senior HR Business Partner joined the panel to discuss how Gravity can support new talent coming into the industry, and those already in the industry and wanting to progress who are facing challenges. The work we are undertaking at Gravity to engage with schools and colleges will support closing the gap between the number of creative and technical roles needed in the industry and the pipeline of individuals entering it.
Gravity continues to work with well-known industry partners to collaborate on ways to overcome these challenges.
